At the Airport
January 13, 2023 Washington DC When I was at the airport yesterday and going through security, an officer asked me, “Do you have any beverages?” I thought he said, “Do you have and privileges?” I responded, “Why do I need them?” He remained silent for a few seconds. I then realized what he was asking about and I said, “sorry, I thought you asked if I had any privileges. But no I don’t have either beverages or privileges.” And then I said to myself, “I only have my name.”
